It consists of a modern, equipped and functional kitchen opening onto a small living room, with a sleeping area separated by a glass partition, and a bathroom with WC. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed which can provide an extra bed for 2 people.

A PRIVILEGED LOCATION on the SWISS border

Here you are in ANNEMASSE, a welcoming and exchange city, at the gates of Geneva and Switzerland.

You have just crossed the gate which secures the building and the private car park, Le Mont Salève on the right and Mont-Blanc slightly to the left are already inspiring you for your next mountain walks.
GENEVA, 10 minutes from the apartment, already opens the doors to SWITZERLAND.

Here you are at the entrance to the building, the door unlocks with the security badge, and then rather than taking the elevator, you climb the 8 steps that lead to the interior garden of the building. The stone path will take you back to the street via the “pedestrian gate” on the left, and the pétanque court in the shade of maple trees awaits you along the thuja hedge at the bottom of the garden.

Another 8 steps and here we are at the apartment on the 1st floor.

From the entrance, the tone is set: the huge pineapple painting and the 12 multicolored parrots that can be seen through the glass roof already welcome you like friends.
Surprisingly enough, when you are in the center of ANNEMASSE, the CHÂTELET reigns supreme thanks to high-tech double glazing, an absolute calm which will ensure you a benefactor rest.
The exposure of the apartment which overlooks the interior garden also contributes to the tranquility of the place.

Oriented on the interior garden, with a resolutely colorful decoration, fitted out for maximum comfort, with its 4 ears, its immense cushions, and its very soft plead, will be for you a true haven of peace, after having traversed the old town of Geneva , or enjoy the exceptional view at the top of Salève.

Everything has been planned to meet your expectations: a 140×200 hotel-quality bed with its soft fabric headboard, both elegant and refined.
A beautiful wardrobe will be happy to accommodate your personal belongings, and if the weather becomes suddenly capricious, the day of your shopping in the Rue du Rhône in GENEVA, two umbrellas are at your disposal in the wardrobe, to browse in the dry most popular of Rues Genevois.

The dressing table and its large mirror can also be transformed into a spare desk, for writing a few postcards or posting your photos of the Jet d’Eau de Genève on your favorite networks.
The blinds and the 2 taupe Jacquard woven cotton curtains will filter out the sun’s rays in the morning, and enjoy a beautiful morning grace.

You of course have a BATHROOM and WC with a multi-jet BALNEO SHOWER, ideal for relaxing after a getaway on the shores of LAC D’ANNECY or in the GENEVOIS vineyards.

Back from the market (10 minutes walk), you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen of CHÂTELET, and in particular the hand blender to prepare a famous Savoyard lumberjack soup with a nice slice of smoked bacon.

All you have to do is choose from the large battery of pots, pans, and casseroles to simmer your good meals based on local products. For cooking, you have ceramic hobs topped with a designer extractor hood, a traditional oven and a microwave.

And if the visit to the Gruyère cheese dairy in Switzerland has seduced you, the large fridge will contain all your gourmet memories.
For breakfast, all tastes are allowed since the kitchen offers a coffee maker, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster…

The dishwasher will relieve you of the dive, and allow you to go diving faster yourself, in the municipal swimming pool, 5 minutes by foot behind the building!

And before the evening comes to an end, why not take the direct tram to Geneva and cool off on the shores of Lake Geneva, enjoying the illumination of the famous Jet d´eau!

We love animals too. As long as they are well-educated little companions, we gladly accept them.
On the other hand, we ask for a supplement of 25 € per animal for the entire duration of the stay
