    ARE THE LINEN PROVIDED?

    Yes, linen is provided. (Bed linen and towels also)
    All you have to do is come with your suitcases, in fact everything is provided in the apartment to make you feel at home (towels, sheets, blankets, tea and coffee …).
    “Oh yes, toilet paper too”.

    WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

    During the week we welcome you between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., for key collection.
    On weekends we are a little more flexible to welcome you outside of these hours.
    In any case, we do our best to accommodate you as best as possible, within our possibilities.
    For departure, we ask to vacate the premises before 10:00 am.

    DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?

    We love animals too. As long as they are well-educated little companions, we gladly accept them.
    “Pardon for the Camels, Giraffes, Elephants and other kings of animals… who will prefer to stay outside…. Whatever… plush… ”
    However, we ask for a supplement of 25 € for the entire duration of the stay.

    IS HOUSEHOLD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

    We ask our tenants to leave the premises clean and tidy as on arrival (bins emptied and dishes put away).
    This does not exclude the “cleaning costs” which we mention separately in our prices.

    These include the laundry of bed linen and towels, as well as the supply of cleaning equipment.

    Since April 2020, respecting a specific procedure, in addition to a complete cleaning between each tenant, we systematically carry out disinfection appropriate to the rules in force, due to the COVID19 crisis.

    IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO PAY?

    We ask for a garnish deposit of € 250.00.
    This amount is not cashed, it is used to cover any damage.
    We settle this formality on your arrival in the form of a check, or to be agreed.
    We reserve 4 to 5 days to return it, if we do not have the possibility of carrying out an inventory together on the day of your departure.

    HOW IS THE KEY DELIVERED ON ARRIVAL?

    As far as possible we will give you the keys personally.
    We appreciate this first contact or we can get to know you.
    We take this opportunity to explain the useful details specific to each apartment.

    HOW WILL YOU BE GIVEN THE KEYS?

    If we are unable to cross paths on the day of your departure, we have a procedure to allow you to leave the premises independently.
    We will explain it to you on site.

    IS THERE A LEASE AGREEMENT?

    Yes, if this has not been done before your arrival, we will give it to you on site, with an inventory. We sign it together.

    DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE A BALCONY?

    In Annemasse as in Veigy, the apartments do not have a balcony.
    Both are located on the first floor.

    IS THERE PARKING?

    Yes, all our rentals have free private parking, so you can easily park your car.
    Annemasse’s, meanwhile, is secured by an access gate.
    We will give you the access badge on your arrival.

    HOW TO GET BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT for the Annemasse apartment? FROM THE ANNEMASSE SNCF RAILWAY STATION

    – On foot: 17 minutes (1.3 km)
    – By taxi: it takes around 4 minutes
    – By bus: it takes around 12 minutes
    Walk to the stop: Annemasse, Chablais-Parc
    Take bus No 5 direction> Pas de l’Echelle (4 stops)
    Get off at St-André. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from this stop
    Look for route no23 on Route d’Etrembière.
    (The building is at n ° 25 behind the secure parking door).
    The building is downstairs shortly after St André Church.

    FROM THE GENEVA COINTRIN CFF RAILWAY STATION

    – By taxi: it takes +/- 20 minutes (depending on traffic)
    – By bus: it takes +/- 48 minutes
    Take bus 61> Direction Annemasse, Chablais-Parc
    Stop At: Ambilly, Parc La Fantasia
    Then walk +/- 10 min, Take rue du Salève and route d’Etrembière.
    Look for no23. (The building is at n ° 25 behind the secure parking gate).

    FROM GENEVA COINTRIN AIRPORT

    Here are the different solutions if you don’t rent a car.
    1.TAXI:
    (20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic) count between 60 and 100 € depending on the companies and vehicles offered.
    2. PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
    (1h20 depending on traffic) has about 4 € / pers.
    From the airport> Bus No5> direction Thônex-Vallard
    Stop Gare Cornavin> Bus No61> direction Parc du Chablais
    Park La Fantasia stop> walk 10 minutes to the apartment.
    Take the rue du Salève and the route d’Etrembière.
    Look for no23. (The building is at n ° 25 behind the secure parking door).
    The building is downstairs shortly after St André Church.

    HOW TO ARRIVE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT for Veigy's apartment?

    Veigy is a small village on the border of the Geneva countryside.
    Access is possible by public transport. There are regular lines from Geneva only.
    The bus line that serves Veigy is line G (Veigy Village stop).
    This bus station is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, near St Georges Church.
    It is accessed by a short cut from our housing estate, which crosses the Hermance.
    “It is also the occasion for a bucolic walk.”

    DO YOU WANT A PRIVATE CAR SERVICE?

    Sometimes, depending on our availability, and depending on the volume of luggage, we will be able to pick you up from the airport or Geneva train station.
    This incurs costs, we ask for a flat rate of 30 €.

    DO YOU ACCEPT FESTIVE MEETINGS?

    No sorry, our apartments are too small to lend themselves to festive evenings.
    In any case, it is requested to respect the tranquility of the premises at all times.

    DO YOU ACCEPT HOLIDAY CHECKS?

    The demand for this payment method (ANCV check or traditional bank check) is not high enough at the time of the day for us to accept this type of payment.
